CANCELLATION & Late Arrival POLICY
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
We have a 2 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before the start of your appointment time to avoid a fee equivalent to 60% of the price of your full service.
If you must cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment, we will work to fill the appointment with another client. If we are successful in filling your appointment time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK, WHETHER ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. The system will not authorize a payment unless the cancellation policy needs to be enforced. During online booking, you have the option to choose not to keep your card on file in your Square account. In that case, the card information is held confidentially in Square only until the time of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that things come up, and we’ll always do our best to flex with clients when we can. If you’re running late, a text or phone call is always appreciated and encouraged. That said, our barbers are often fully booked with back-to-back appointments, so arriving more than ten minutes late (or 5 minutes late for a 15-minute booking) means we may not be able to accommodate your service. In these cases, the appointment will be considered a “No Show” and the cancellation fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that when you book with us, you’re reserving a dedicated time slot with a barber, and we hold that space just for you. Thank you for understanding the economics of our booking system and our belief that our barbers' wages should not be affected by a conflict in your schedule. We appreciate your business!
